Instructions

Prepare the pan and oven: Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Make the crust: In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, one egg, and melted butter. Stir until a soft, slightly crumbly dough forms.

Press into the pan: Spread the crust mixture evenly in the prepared pan, pressing it down firmly into an even layer.

Prepare the topping: In the same bowl, whisk together the remaining egg and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined. Stir in the toffee bits until evenly distributed.
